社会中教师角色的定位研究——基于中美教师管理制度的文本分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着经济的发展,我国高等教育也得到了进步的发展。在学校新一轮的发展中,教师在学校中的作用越来越重要。在培养人才的过程中,教师的地位和作用是不能忽视的。本文从中美高校教师管理制度比较分析的角度出发,分析中美高校教师的聘任、激励、考核几个方面的管理制度。通过分析找出我国高校教师管理制度存在的问题,结合我国高校教师管理的实际情况,探究教师在社会发展中的定位;从高校教师管理的角度,为教师的发展提出意见,推进我高校教师管理制度的合理化、规范化、人本化,提升我国高校教师的基础地位,为培养更优秀的人才服务。 With the development of economy,many colleges and universities have also obtained the rapid development. In the new round of development in school,the role of teachers in the school is more and more important. In the process of training talents,teachers' position and role could not be ignored. From the perspective of the comparative analysis of teachers' management system of China and the United States,it mainly analyzes several aspects. It focuses on finding the problem of teachers' management system in our country and combining with the actual situation of teacher management in colleges and universities to explore the teachers' position in the development of society. From the perspective of teachers' management,it will put forward opinions for the development of teachers to promote the rationalization,standardization and humanization of the management system. Then the basic position of teachers in colleges and universities will be promoted. Teachers will cultivate more excellent talents services.
