摘要
从对具体叶轮零件结构与工艺性分析入手,文章通过叶轮叶面的三维建模造型和对加工程序调试,仿真分析与刀具轨迹验证,刀轨优化的讨论,研究了叶轮数控加工制造中加工策略和加工关键技术。
with analysis from specific impeller structure and manufacturability of parts,this paper conducts study on machining strategy and key technology in manufacturing of impeller,after discussion through three-dimensional modeling of impeller on the leaf shape and the machining program debugging,validation,simulation and tool optimization.
