摘要
利用OM、XRD和腐蚀电位测量等手段,研究了添加微量元素Cu对AM60B镁合金组织和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:AM60B+0.8Cu合金组织主要由α-Mg相,β相(Mg17Al12)和Al-Mn相组成,Mg17Al12相成骨骼状分布,在Mg17Al12相上还存在黑色链状的Al2Cu。固溶处理后的AM60B合金晶粒粗大,晶粒大小不均匀,而AM60B+0.8Cu固溶处理后晶粒细小,且晶粒分布均匀。AM60B中加入Cu后提高了其耐蚀性能。
The effects of copper addition on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of AM60B alloy have been studied by using OM,XRD and corrosion potential analysis.Results show that the microstructure of Mg-6Al-0.4Mn-0.8Cu alloy consists of α-Mg solid solution,,skeleton-like β-Mg17Al12phase and Al-Mn phase.The Al2Cu phase on the Mg17Al12 phase is black and chain-like.After the solid solution treatment,the grains of AM60B alloy are coarse and non-uniform.After the solid solution treatment,the Mg-6Al-0.4Mn-0.8Cu alloy has fine and uniform grain.The AM60B alloy with Cu addition has better corrosion resistance.
