因为受国际金融危机的影响,2011年国家开始宏观经济调控,自此宣告了工程机械行业黄金十年的正式结束,曾经创造无数增长奇迹的增量市场时代被以小幅增长为主要特征的存量市场取代。在这样的背景下,对工程机械运用与维护专业人才的培养提出了严峻的挑战。文章通过对黑龙江省工程机械行业抽样调查10个品牌的代理商,分析了黑龙江省工程机械行业发展现状与趋势,在此基础上形成了调研报告。本报告是黑龙江省高校增设该专业、修订人才培养方案、确定专业办学规模、专业建设规划以及教学改革的参考依据。

As affected by the international financial crisis,in 2011 the state started macroeconomic regulation,since which declared the official end of the golden years for construction machinery industry.The incremental market with countless miracles is replaced by the stock market with marginal growth as main characteristic.In this context,the training for construction machinery use and maintenance professionals faces a severe challenge.Based on the sampling investigation of 10 brands of agents for construction machinery industry in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzes the present development status and trend and makes a report.The report is the reference basis for establishing this new specialty,talents training plan,finalizing school running scale,specialty plan and teaching reform.
