摘要
本文采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合法制备了超支化聚甲基-6-氧-甲基丙烯酰基-α-D-葡萄糖苷(HBMG)。探讨了单体比例、反应温度、反应时间及链转移试剂(CTA)对聚合反应的转化率、分子量、支化度、马克指数(α)的影响。实验结果证实增加N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)的浓度可以有效地提高聚糖的支化度;增加CTA的用量能够控制聚合反应避免凝胶,也有利于提高聚糖的支化度;反应温度处于CTA可逆平衡温度时聚糖的支化度最高,延长反应时间有利于提高聚糖的支化度。
The Synthesis of HBMG via RAFT polymerization method. The paper further detail the monomer ratio, temperature, time and concentration of CTA influence the molecular weight,degree of branching and the α index. The results show that increased the concentration of MBA and CTA can effectively improve the degree of branching of the polysaccharide.When the reaction temperature reached the equilibrium temperature of the CTA the polysaccharide received highest degree of branching and extended the reaction time improve the degree of polysaccharide's branching.
