摘要
目的了解某市2011—2012年公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况及其变化,应用模糊综合评价法对集中空调通风系统卫生状况进行评价。方法应用模糊综合评价法对集中空调通风系统的新风系统、送风系统、风管系统、冷却系统、机房共5类18项指标进行评价,计算模糊综合指数及判定等级。结果与2011年相比,2012年新风系统、送风系统、风管系统、机房4类指标卫生状况显著改善(P<0.05);冷却系统卫生状况明显变差(P≤0.05);模糊综合指数及综合评价等级构成有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2011年和2012年模糊综合指数的平均秩次分别为120.55和93.74,2012年的模糊综合指数更小,I级单位所占比例更多,2012年集中空调卫生状况整体水平优于2011年(P<0.05)。结论 2012年与2011年相比,公共场所集中空调除冷却系统外总体卫生状况有所改善,应加强对冷却系统监管。
Objectives To assess the hygienic status of central air conditioning ventilation system in public places of a city in 2011- 2012. Methods A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the hygienic status of central air conditioning ventilation system,including fresh air system,air supply system,air duct system,cooling system,and engine room. A fuzzy comprehensive index was calculated and ranked. Results Comparing the hygienic status in 2012 with that in 2011,the fresh air system,air supply system,air duct system and engine room were greatly improved( P < 0. 05),but the cooling system was worse( P ≤ 0. 05); the fuzzy comprehensive indexs and the comprehensive ratings were significantly different( P < 0. 05). The average rank of the fuzzy comprehensive index in 2012 and 2011 was 120. 55 and 93. 74,respectively. The hygienic status of central air conditioning ventilation system in 2012 was better than that in 2011( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The overall hygienic status of central air conditioning ventilation system in 2012 was significantly improved,but the hygienic status of the cooling system was worse in comparison with that in 2011. Strengthening the prevention and control of pollution in cooling system are of importance.
