摘要
通过2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和盐酸氨基脲反应,合成了探针分子2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩氨基脲(L)并利用元素分析、红外光谱、熔点测定对其结构进行了表征。在1:9的水-乙腈溶液中,采用紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱方法,研究了探针分子和各种金属离子的相互作用,结果表明它对锌离子有很好的选择性,在混合溶剂中形成1:1的稳定化合物,结合能力的顺序为Zn2+>>Mg2+>Cd2+>Na+≈Al3+≈K+>Ca2+>Ba2+>Li+,利用吸光度比率(A400nm/A348nm)与Zn(II)离子的响应关系,可作为比率探针来检测Zn(II)离子。
A probe molecule(E)-1-((2-hydroxynaphthalen-1-yl)methylene)semicarbazide(L) was synthesized and characterized. In aqueous acetonitrile(ACN)(1:9 V/V),L displayed a highly selective photophysical response in the presence of Zn2+, among various biologically significant metal ions(guest)examined. The binding interaction of host-guest molecule follows the order Zn2+>> Mg2+> Cd2+> Na+≈Al3+≈K+> Ca2+> Ba2+> Li+. Spectral studies show that the L provides strong binding of Zn(II) in a 1:1 ratio in solution, and the dependency of absorption ratios at A400 nm/A348 nmfor Zn(II). Consequently, ratiometric analysis, with respect to absorption changes in the 348 and 400 nm bands is possible to monitor Zn(II)concentration.
