3,4,5-三取代-2,6-吡啶二酮衍生物的合成与表征

摘要 吡啶酮类衍生物以其显著的生物活性成为当今化学界研究的热点之一。文章利用多取代的共轭三烯类化合物作为底物,通过分子内关环反应,合成了9个3,4,5-三取代-2,6-吡啶二酮类衍生物,并对它们进行了MS,1HNMR和13CNMR表征。 In recent years,Pyridone derivatives have become one of hot spots in chemistry research areas,due to its significant biological activity.In this paper,using multi-substituted conjugated trienes as material,9 new 3,4,5-Trisubstituted-pyridone-2,6-diones derivatives were synthesized via intramolecular annulation reaction and characterized via MS,1HNMR,,13CNMR.
