摘要
报道新乡市放射工作人员的2001—2006年外照射个人剂量监测结果。监测结果表明,2001—2006年间,核医学个人年有效剂量范围为0.04~3.95 mSv,放射治疗个人年有效剂量范围为0.04~4.13 mSv,工业同位素个人年有效剂量范围为0.13~1.48 mSv,说明核医学、放射治疗、工业同位素工种放射工作人员的工作环境是安全的;X射线影像诊断个人年有效剂量范围为0.04~9.35 mSv,工业射线探伤个人年有效剂量范围为0.16~15.72 mSv,介入诊疗个人年有效剂量范围为0.04~34.82 mSv,个人剂量为5~20 mSv的人员,主要为介入诊疗工作者,其次为X射线影像诊断,以及工业射线探伤;2002和2003年各有1人个人剂量超过了剂量限值20 mSv,均为从事介入诊疗的放射工作人员。
The personal dose monitoring results of radiation workers from 2001 to 2006 in Xinxiang city are presented. The result shows that the annual effective doses ranges 0. 04-3. 95 mSv for nuclear medical workers,0. 04-4. 13 mSv for radiotherapy workers,0. 13-1. 48 mSv for industrial radioisotope workers.These three kinds of work conditions are safe. 0. 04-9. 35 mSv for medical diagnostic X-ray workers,0.16-15. 72 mSv for industrial radiography workers,0. 04-34. 82 mSv for interventional radiology workers,5-20 mSv for some staff,> 20 mSv for tow interventional radiology workers,respectively.
