中医综合康复方案对胸腰段脊髓损伤患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Comprehensive TCM Rehabilitation Program on Quality of Life of Patients with Thoracolumbar Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨中医综合康复方案对胸腰段脊髓损伤患者生活质量的影响。方法将88例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各44例。实验组接受中医综合康复方案治疗,对照组接受常规康复治疗,治疗周期3个月。治疗前后均采用运动评分、改良Barthel指数、WHOQOL-BREF量表评定。结果实验组日常生活能力、生活质量的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合康复方案对胸腰段脊髓损伤患者生活质量的改善疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive TCM rehabilitation program on quality of life(QOL) of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury(TSCI). Methods 88 TSCI patients were randomly assigned to experimental group(n=44) and control group(n=44), the experimental group received comprehensive TCM rehabilitation program, and the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment for 3 months. The motor scale(MS), modified barthel index(MBI) and WHOQOL-BREF table scores were used to evaluate the outcomes before and after the treatment. Results The improvement degree of activity of daily living, QOL in the experimental group was respectively better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive TCM rehabilitation program has evident effect on the improvement of QOL of TSCI patients.
