摘要 目的建立栝楼桂枝汤中6种成分的含量测定方法。方法采用Diamosil C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水为流动相,以1.0 mL/min梯度洗脱,检测波长:230 nm。结果栝楼桂枝汤中芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草素、肉桂酸、桂皮醛和甘草酸6种成分在65 min内被完全分离;峰面积与其浓度呈良好的线性;加样回收率(n=6)为97.6%~99.0%(RSD=1.38%~1.95%)。结论采用高效液相色谱法同时测定复方中的6种代表性成分,此方法简单可靠,精密度好,可较好地用于栝楼桂枝汤的质量控制。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six active ingredients in Gualou Guizhi decoction. Methods The separation was performed on Diamosil C18with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, and the detective wavelength was 230 nm. Results Six active ingredients including peoniflorin, glycyrrizin, liquiritin, cinnamic acid, cinnamaldehyde and glycyrrhizic acid in Gualou Guizhi decoction were completely separat-ed in 65 minutes. There were excellent linear shapes between the peaks areas and concentrations, and the aver-age recovery was 97.60%-99.00%(RSD=1.38%-1.95%). Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Gualou Guizhi decoction.
