摘要
目的测定藤茶的二氢杨梅素含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:迪马C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(35∶65);流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:290 nm;进样量:5μL。结果二氢杨梅素在1.31~6.55μg呈现良好的线性关系,样品溶液在24 h内稳定,平均加样回收率为96.93%。结论 HPLC法精密度高,重复性较好。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Dihydromyricetin in Ampelopsis Grossedentata. Methods The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18(4.6×250 mm, 5 μm)with gradient elution of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(35:65) as mobile phase, flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, the detective wavelength was 290 nm, and the sample size was 5μL. Results The linear range of Dihydromyricetin was 1.31-6.55 μg, the average recovery was 96.93%.Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible.
