New solution spinning lab for process and product development in the man-made fiber industry

溶液纺丝工艺在人造纤维行业正变得越来越重要。聚丙烯腈、芳纶等高性能聚合物及纤维素都只能以溶液形式纺丝。为开发新材料的溶液纺丝工艺和系统地改善现有工艺,溶液纺丝实验室已在德国亚琛工业大学纺织技术研究所建成。实验室有4种不同规模的纺丝机,可进行纺丝工艺研究,也可与工业伙伴一起进行产品开发。

solution spinning processes are becoming increasingly important in the man-made fiber industry. Highperformance polymers such as polyacrylonitrile and aramid,but also cellulose can only be processed in dissolved form. With the aim of developing a solution spinning processes for new materials and improving existing processes systematically,a solution spinning lab has been built at the ITA,Aachen /Germany.Spinning units in 4 different scales are available to investigate processes and to perform product development together with industrials partners.
