摘要
采用旋转黏度仪、万能试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、动态力学热分析仪(DMTA)研究了不同质量分数的稀释剂1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚(BDDGE)对双酚F/酸酐固化剂体系的流变性能、固化产物的力学性能及网络结构的影响。结果表明,在80℃下,随BDDGE稀释剂质量分数从5%增加到20%,体系的初始黏度从22.5 mPa·s降低到17.7 mPa·s,可操作时间从225 min增长到350 min;随着稀释剂含量的增加,体系的固化程度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率均呈现先增加后降低的趋势。上述实验结果说明,稀释剂的加入不仅能改善体系的流变行为,同时适量稀释剂的加入能提高体系的固化程度及交联网络完整性,从而影响体系的力学性能。
The rheological properties of the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-F( BPF) /anhydride systems( prepared with 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether( BDDGE) mass fractions of 5%,10%,15%,and 20%) and the network structure and mechanical properties of the cured products were studied using rotational viscometry,a universal testing machine,differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis( DMTA). The results showed that on increasing the diluent mass fraction from 5% to 20%,the initial viscosity of the system decreased from 22. 5 mPa·s to 17. 7 mPa·s,and the operable time was extended from 225 min to 350 min. With increase of diluent content,the curing degree,tensile strength,tensile modulus,and elongation of the systems all initially increased and then decreased. The results showed that the addition of diluents not only improved the rheological properties of the systems,but also enhanced the mechanical properties when using the appropriate proper diluent content,due to the higher curing degree and more complete cross-linked network.
