骨桥蛋白的研究现状 被引量:9

摘要 骨桥蛋白是一种分泌型糖基化的多功能蛋白,参与骨的分化、正常细胞的信号转导、癌细胞的转移、血管的生成、一氧化碳的调节及多种细胞的迁移及黏附。机械离心力作为一种物理刺激在骨改建中起着十分重要的作用。该文综述了骨桥蛋白的结构、骨桥蛋白与骨改建的关系、机械离心力对骨桥蛋白的表达调控的作用机理等研究现状。
