摘要 脂肪特异蛋白27(Fsp27)是一种新发现的定位在脂滴的蛋白质,在调控脂肪细胞内脂类贮存和线粒体活性方面起着重要作用。本文就Fsp27基因的发现、组织分布、促进脂滴生长机制、对脂肪代谢的影响和Fsp27的转录调控进行了综述,并进行了研究前景展望。可以确定,随着Fsp27研究的深入,其将在预防和治疗脂肪代谢紊乱相关疾病以及改善肉品质方面起到积极作用。 Fat-specific protein 27(Fsp27),localizing in the surface of lipid droplets(LDs),plays an important role in controlling lipid store and mitochondrial activity in adipocytes.The discovery of Fsp27genes,tissue distribution,promoting the growth mechanism of LDs,the effect on fat metabolism and the transcriptional regulation of Fsp27gene were reviewed in present paper.It is convincing that Fsp27gene would play apositive role in the prophylactic and therapeutic treatment of lipid metabolic disorder disease and improving meat quality with the research advancing.
