ETV4在乳腺癌中的表达及其与血管生成的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨ETS变异体(ETV)4在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床特征和血管生成的关系。方法选取乳腺癌术后组织标本97例,应用免疫组织化学染色法检测ETV4表达情况;用CD34标记微血管内皮细胞,采用Weidner计数法计算乳腺癌组织的微血管密度(MVD);分析ETV4与乳腺癌患者的临床特征、MVD间的关系,并探讨ETV4与乳腺癌现有病理指标雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、HER2/neu、Ki-67之间的关系。结果 ETV4主要在癌细胞核中表达,在正常乳腺组织和癌旁组织中则呈阴性表达;不同临床特征(瘤体大小、是否存在淋巴结转移)的乳腺组织ETV4表达强度有统计学差异(P<0.05),并与病理学分级和TNM分期存在正相关(r=0.316,P<0.01;r=0.255,P<0.05)。ETV4的表达与MVD呈显著性正相关(r=0.247,P<0.01),并与HER2/neu和Ki-67的表达也呈正相关(r=0.241,P<0.05;r=0.253,P<0.05),但与ER和PR的表达不相关(P>0.05)。结论 ETV4与乳腺癌的临床特征和微血管生成有重要关系。 Objective To study the expression of ETV4 and its relationship with clinical features and angiogenesis among breast cancer. Methods 97 tissue specimens from breast cancer were studied by immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of ETV4. Microvascular endothelial cells were marked by CD34,and microvessel density( MVD) was calculated by Weidner's method. The statistical software was used to analyze the relationship between ETV4 and clinical features in breast cancer,and the correlation with MVD as well as existing pathological indicators( ER,PR,HER2 / neu and Ki-67). Results ETV4 was detected predominantly in the nucleus of the breast cancer cells,but not detected in the normal tissue surrounding breast cancer. The expression strength of ETV4 was different statistically among different clinical features( including tumor size and lymph node metastasis)( P<0. 05),which was positively correlated with pathological grade( r = 0. 316,P<0. 01) and TNM stage( r = 0. 255,P<0. 05). There was significantly positive correlation between ETV4 expression and MVD( r = 0. 247,P<0. 01). Expression of ETV4 was also positively correlated with HER2 / neu( r = 0. 241,P<0. 05) and the proliferation index of Ki-67( r = 0. 253,P<0. 05),but the correlation was not found with PR and ER( P>0. 05). Conclusions The expression of ETV4 has significant association with clinical features and angiogenesis in breast cancer.
