神经退行性疾病的药物治疗研究 被引量:1

摘要 神经退行性疾病,以特异性神经元的大量丢失为主要特征,是一类进行性发展的致残严重可致死的复杂疾病。可分为急性神经退行性病和慢性神经退行性病,前者主要包括中风(stroke)、脑损伤(brain injury);后者主要包括肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)、亨廷顿病(HD)、帕金森病(PD)、阿尔茨海默病(AD)等。随着人口老龄化。
