骨关节炎的力量训练研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 流行病学显示,在我国老龄人群中,65岁以上人群骨关节炎(OA)发病率超过50%,75岁以上人群则高于80%〔1〕,OA严重影响老年人的日常活动能力及生活质量,目前国内外尚缺乏针对OA的有效根治措施。OA引起关节不适和疼痛,导致日常活动能力下降,后者引起肌肉衰弱,进一步削减日常活动能力,引发恶性循环。从上世纪90年代开始,国外一些研究纷纷证实了运动治疗OA的效果,并显示其疗效不输于药物治疗〔2,3〕。在各种运动疗法中,力量训练因为其强度大、负荷高,
