社区健康管理人员对老年人态度及老化知识水平及相关因素

Community health manager's attitudes and knowledge to the elderly and its correlation factors

目的了解社区健康管理人员对老年人的态度及老化知识水平及相关影响因素。方法分别运用Kogan对老年人态度量表(KAOP)、Palmore老化知识问卷(FAQ1)对参加培训的195名社区健康管理人员进行对老年人态度及老化知识的调查。结果社区健康管理人员KAOP总分为(154.10±16.06),FAQ1得分(11.32±2.89)(正确率为45.28%),其老化知识水平与对老年人态度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论社区健康管理人员对老年人态度正向但老化知识缺乏,对其开展有针对性的、实用性的培训迫在眉睫。

Objective To explore the attitudes and knowledge of community health managers towards old people and analyze relation factors.Methods The attitudes of 195 community health managers attending training were assessed by Kogan′s Attitude towards Older Peo-ple Scale (KAOP), the knowledge by Palmore′s Facts on Aging Quiz 1(FAQ1).Results The average total score of community health managers KAOP was 154.10±16.06, the average score of FAQ1 was 11.32±2.89 (45.28% correct) and the KAOP score of community health managers was positively associated with the FAQ 1 score(P<0.05).Conclusions Community health managers have positive attitudes but poor knowledge to the elderly , it is essential to develop targeted and practical training for them in order to increase knowledge , improve the attitudes and change behavior orientation.
