阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松的临床疗效 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察骨吸收抑制剂阿仑膦酸钠(ALN)对老年性骨质疏松患者骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法前瞻性纳入>70岁的骨质疏松患者30例,男女不限,分为试验组和对照组各15例,试验组以ALN+Ca+维生素D进行治疗,对照组以Ca+维生素D进行治疗,所有患者均顺利完成6个月的双盲治疗,在治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月时应用双能X线骨吸收仪分别测定腰椎、全髋和股骨颈BMD,并以月为单位随访以评估其安全性。结果治疗3个月后,对照组腰椎BMD显著提高(P<0.05);治疗6个月时,治疗组腰椎、全髋和股骨颈BMD值均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),而对照组各部位BMD与治疗前相比有所下降;治疗期间,两组患者均未新发骨折,试验过程没有发生严重不良事件。结论老年性骨质疏松患者单纯补充Ca和维生素D无法明显抑制骨吸收进程,ALN能显著增加老年骨质疏松患者各部位BMD。
