老年痴呆患者认知状况与血糖、血脂含量的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者约5%是家族遗传性的早发性AD,一般在30岁前会发病;而剩下的95%属于散发性AD〔1,2〕。目前认为年龄和脑内微环境的改变可能是诱发AD的主要原因。脂类是人脑内最重要的一类物质,占人脑重量的70%〔3〕。细胞学试验〔4〕提示,高细胞脂含量可能会增加AD的发病风险,但是仍然没有在体的确定结果。本研究分析AD患者认知能力与血清的脂类代谢物质相关性。
