创伤性颅脑损伤模型大鼠促红细胞生成素及其受体的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察大鼠创伤性颅脑损伤后脑皮质中的促红细胞生成素(EPO)及EPO素受体(EPOR)的动态变化,并探讨这两种细胞因子在颅脑损伤中的作用。方法将48只SD雄性大鼠分为8组,分别为正常对照组、假手术组、颅脑损伤后2、6、12、24 h、3、7 d组,每组6只。采用液压冲击的方法建立创伤性颅脑损伤的模型。在创伤后的不同时间段剖杀取脑皮质检测其中的EPO、EPOR mRNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果 EPO和EPOR在创伤性颅脑损伤后均大量表达,EPO在表达到高峰后开始下降,而EPOR在表达到高峰后仍维持在较高的水平。结论创伤性颅脑损伤后,EPD与EPOR的表达量及变化并不完全一致。
