摘要 目的研究黄芪多糖(APS)联合斑蝥酸钠(SCA)对人肝癌细胞HepG2细胞凋亡及Bcl-2基因表达的影响。方法实验分为对照组、SCA处理组、APS处理组、APS联合SCA处理组,采用免疫组化染色法(IH)观察APS联合斑蝥酸钠对HepG2细胞增殖的抑制作用,采用Western印迹法检测各组细胞Bcl-2基因表达的变化。结果与对照组相比,各处理组HepG2细胞中Bcl-2基因表达均明显减少,APS联合SCA处理组减少最为明显。结论 APS联合SCA可明显抑制HepG2细胞Bcl-2基因的表达。 Objective To detect the expression of Bcl-2 in human hepatoma cell line HepG2 treated with astragalus polysaccharides(APS) and/or SCA.Methods The expression levels of Bcl-2 were measured by Western blot in HepG2 treated with different concentration of APS and SCA.Results Treated with APS or SCA,the expression of Bcl-2 in HepG2 were decreased significantly compared to the con- trols.The expression of Bcl-2 was degraded significantly mostly treated with APS combine with SCA.Conclusions The expression levels of Bcl-2 is degraded in HepG2 treated with APS and SCA.
