微小染色体维持蛋白7和活化蛋白激酶C受体在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘要 非小细胞肺癌发生发展过程中多种基因和蛋白异常表达,使肿瘤的侵袭性增加。微小染色体维持蛋白7(MCM7)属于MCM蛋白家族,是启动DNA复制起始点的复制准许因子之一,参与DNA的合成,促进细胞的增殖〔1〕。活化蛋白激酶C受体-1(RACK1)属于天冬氨酸/色氨酸-40结构域蛋白家族成员,能与多种重要的细胞内蛋白质和信号分子形成协同作用,调节信号转导、周期演进、细胞生长和运动等功能〔2〕。本文关注MCM7和RACK1在非小细胞肺癌中的作用及二者的关系。
