评估老年患者肱骨远端关节内骨折切开复位内固定的预后 被引量：4

摘要 目的评估老年患者肱骨远端关节内骨折切开复位内固定的临床疗效和功能预后情况。方法自2002年至2007年,36例年龄】65岁的肱骨远端关节内骨折患者纳入本研究,其中20例患者接受了平均48个月的随访,最终成为本研究的评估对象。所有患者均接受急性肱骨远端切开复位内固定治疗。功能评估采用Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEP)及上肢、肩、手功能障碍(DSAH)评分,整体健康状况评估采用肌肉骨骼功能评定量表(MFA)评分。结果 20例患者的骨折均愈合。平均Mayo肘关节功能评分84分,平均肘关节屈伸范围21°~121°,患侧前臂旋转以及握力与对侧手臂没有显著差异(P】0.05)。平均DSAH评分37.7分,平均骨骼肌肉功能评分33.5分,手的评分34.8分,自理能力评分31.9分。1例患者因屈曲挛缩需要进一步治疗。结论老年患者肱骨远端关节内骨折切开复位内固定可以获得满意的疗效。
