高通量血液透析及血液透析滤过对老年尿毒症患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症治疗效果比较 被引量：31

摘要 血液净化技术是尿毒症患者的治疗方法,尿毒症并发症的防治成为进一步血液净化技术创新的重点。甲状旁腺功能亢进是指甲状旁腺分泌过多甲状旁腺激素(PTH),慢性肾脏病时,患者肾小球滤过率(GFR)【60 ml·min-1·1.73 m-2,会继发甲状旁腺的异常增生及PTH水平升高。继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)严重影响尿毒症患者生活质量,甚至可致残和死亡〔1~4〕。由于老年患者较易出现低钙血症的生理特点。
