基于HSP27的乳腺癌干细胞靶向治疗研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 传统的治疗方法经过不断改进降低了乳腺癌的死亡率,但却无法解决居高不下的发生率和复发率,也存在着癌症转移、复发、对放疗不敏感及对化疗药物耐受性强的问题〔1〕。而癌干细胞理论的提出合理地解释了乳腺癌的难以治愈,并提供了全新的治疗方向。本文就热休克蛋白(HSP)27靶向乳腺癌干细胞治疗乳腺癌的研究进展做一概述。1基本概念自1959年Makino等首次提出癌干细胞学说之后,有越来越多的癌干细胞自乳腺癌、前列腺癌。
