基于有氧呼吸需求的居室面积研究

摘要 从满足人的有氧呼吸的角度来研究居室的面积大小,结果表明单一个人在密闭卧室内的小时数不宜超过其面积平方米数的两倍,否则就有缺氧的危险。通过计算人的日需氧量和卧室在密闭情况下能提供人正常呼吸的氧气质量,推导出了卧室面积与正常供氧时间之间的关系式;根据关系式和居民时间利用调查得出的居住时间,计算出健康居室的最小使用面积,单人卧室面积不应小于6 m2,并且要经常开窗通风,换气充分,以免影响身体健康。 To study the area size of a bedroom from the angle of satisfying a person's aerobic respiration, it show s that the number of hours should not exceed the number of square meters of a closed bedroom area by tw o times w hich a single person lives in,otherw ise there is the danger of hypoxia. By calculating a person's daily oxygen demand and normal breathing oxygen mass in a sealing room,the paper deduces a relationship formula betw een the room area and the normal oxygen supply time. According to the relationship and residents time-use surveys,the minimum area of the health bedroom can be calculated. Single bedroom shall not be less than 6m2area,and its w indow should be regularly opened for adequate ventilation so as not to affect healthy breathing.
