紧密结合公民教育与思想政治教育的内在联系,指出了公民教育与思想政治教育内容相融、途径相似、机制相通,从公民教育使思想政治教育的基础更扎实、内容更丰富、途径更有吸引力、效果更有说服力四个方面论述了公民教育在大学生思想政治教育中的基础性作用。

This paper closely combines w ith the intrinsic relation betw een civic education and ideological and political education and illustrates the fundamental role of civic education in the ideological and political education of college students in terms of four aspects. These four aspects are as follow s: civil education making the foundation of ideological and political education more solid,making the contents of ideological and political education richer,making the approach to ideological and political education more attractive, and making the effect of ideological and political education more convincing.
