摘要
根据保障性安居工程的现状特征,应用传统理想解法与灰色关联分析原理,提出了基于理想解关联分析的保障性安居工程绩效评价方法。通过制定打分规则,确定指标权重方法以及理想解和负理想解,构建了保障性安居工程绩效评价方程;根据保障性安居工程相应特征,建立了绩效评价指标体系,并通过案例分析,验证了评价方法的有效性。
According to the status and characteristics of affordable housing projects,this paper applies traditional ideal solution and grey correlation analysis to establishing affordable housing projects performance e—valuation model based on TOPSIS and grey correlation analysis.First,the article formulates the scoring rules to determine the index weight and the ideal solution and negative ideal solution,and then establishes affordable housing projects performance evaluation equation.Then,according to the characteristics of affordable housing projects,the article establishes performance evaluation index system.Finally,the article proves the validity of the model by conducting an empirical analysis.
