盐胁迫对雷竹叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究雷竹Phyllostachys violascens在氯化钠(NaCl)胁迫下的耐盐能力,通过不同质量浓度NaCl处理的盆栽模拟试验,对NaCl胁迫对叶绿素含量的影响进行了分析。结果表明:在0.1%NaCl处理下叶绿素含量略有增加,但随着浓度的提高,叶绿素含量呈下降的趋势;另外随着盐胁迫处理时间的延长,不同浓度处理的叶绿素含量基本呈高-低-高的变化趋势,但高浓度处理的后期,叶绿素含量升高不明显,但用0.3%NaCl浓度处理升高值尤为明显。另外,0.3%NaCl浓度处理的Ca/Cb值最大。因此单从雷竹的叶绿素含量变化看,雷竹在短时间内可以承受0.3%NaCl的盐胁迫处理。 In order to research the salt tolerance of Ph. violascens under NaCl stress,its chlorophyll content was studied in pot culture experiment under NaCl treatment. The results showed that chlorophyll content slightly increased under 0. 1% NaCl solution,and declined with the increase of the salt concentration. Besides,with the increase of treatment duration,the chlorophyll content of all treatments showed a high-low-high trend. However,the chlorophyll content was not significantly increased at the later stage of high concentrations treatment,especially under the treatment of 0. 3% NaCl solution. The Ca /Cb of Ph. violascens was the highest under the treatment of 0. 3% NaCl solution. It was indicated that Ph. Violascens may tolerate 0. 3% NaCl stress of short duration.
