预应力钢筒混凝土顶管结构性能研究

摘要 结合预应力钢筒混凝土顶管在禹门口提水东扩工程中的试验性应用,对PCCP顶管施工性能和结构承载力进行分析研究,通过采取针对性的措施可以完全改善并保证PCCP顶管的施工性能和工作性能,通过进行管道承载力试验证明其结构安全性能良好,工程应用也充分证明了其良好的结构性能。PCCP顶管是一种新型复合管材,兼有压力管道和顶管性能,对解决管线穿越建筑物问题具有很强的针对性和优势。 Combining with the experimental application of Jacking-Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe(JPCCP) in the Yumenkou Water Diversion Eastward Expansion Project, the construction performance and structural bearing capacity of JPCCP have been studied in this paper. It can be concluded that the construction performance and working performance of JPCCP can be improved and guaranteed by taking targeted measures and the structural safety performance of JPCCP is security, which is proven by the test of three sides bearing capacity. It can also be proven that the structural performance is good in the engineering application. As a new composition pipe which has functions of both jacking-pipe and pressure-pipe, so JPCCP has strong pertinence and advantages to solve the problem of pipeline crossing buildings.
