高碳网络文化的危害、成因与管控

Management and Control of High-Carbonized Network Culture

根据人类在社会生产实践活动中生产方式和生活方式的变化,人类社会可分为人力型、动力型和人工智能型三种形态。人工智能型社会是一种人工智能依赖型的新型数字化生产与生活类型,人工智能有助于人类解决动力型社会自身无法克服的气候变暖等各种高碳危机,却催生出具有强烈致瘾性和腐蚀性的网络文化,引发了广泛的人类精神障碍,这种网络文化称为高碳文化。高碳网络文化的内生性成因是人工智能技术固有的万花筒机理、互动机理、匿名机理和自由机理;外生性成因则是市场制导和法理缺陷。遏制高碳网络文化是建构低碳人生的必由之路,也是人类当下面临的一个重大生存挑战。

According to the changes of the human production modes and life styles in social activities,human society can be classified into three forms:the body-dependent society,the power-dependent society,and the artificial intelligencedependent society.In the artificial intelligence-dependent society,production and life styles depend on digitalization.Artificial intelligence is helpful to solve high-carbon crisis and climate warming to some extent,but the addictive network culture brings about widespread human psychiatric disorders,which could be regarded as high-carbonized culture.The inherent reasons of high-carbonized network culture are the kaleidoscopic,interactive,anonymous,and free mechanism of digital technology,while the exogenous reasons are market guidance and legal defects.Restraining high-carbonized network culture is a necessary way to build a low-carbonized life,and is also a major challenge of human survival.
