摘要
本文主要介绍了金沙江巨型梯级水电站群"调控一体化"技术保障系统的建设、运行情况。重点关注了成都调控中心自动化系统体系的整体构成以及创新技术等。结合系统建设以及实际运行经验,总结与分析了保障系统的技术特点,建设性地提出了"调控一体化"技术保障系统建设需要注意的问题以及相应的解决方法。
This article mainly discusses the construction and operation of the support systems for the integration of dispatch and control of the large-scale cascade hydropower station group on the Jinsha River.The overall architecture and innovative technologies of the automatic systems in Chengdu Dispatch and Control Center are highlighted.Based on the experience on the systems' construction and operation,we summarize and analyze the technical characteristics of the systems,and constructively propose issues that need attention during the systems' construction and the corresponding solutions.
