摘要
以研究民间借贷制度的内生性、有效性和局限性为基础,以温州为案例,合理剖析我国民间借贷产生的客观原因。必须从完善法律法规、建立民间借贷监测分析机制、拓宽投融资渠道、加强金融生态建设等方面规范民间借贷行为,引导民间借贷市场规范运作。
Based on the study of private lending system’s endogenousness,effectiveness and limitation, this paper,taking Wenzhou as an example,makes a rational analysis of the objective reasons that have caused the private lending in China.It needs to improve laws and regulations,build the supervision and the analysis mechanism of private lending,broaden the channels of investment and financing,and foster the financial ecol-ogy construction,so as to guide the standard operation of private lending market.
