摘要
基于全国31个省、市、区两型农业科技创新现状的数据,运用灰色关联分析法,在构建完整的两型农业科技创新测度与评价指标体系基础上,划分华北、华中、西南、西北、华东、东北六大区域,对其两型农业科技创新的资源系统、制度环境系统、运行系统、产出能力系统、资源节约系统与环境友好系统等六个子系统的71个指标来计量分析,得出区域性两型农业科技创新的系统状态与协同演化的发展路径。
Based on the status quo of the technological innovation of 'resource- saving and environment- friendly'agriculture among China's 31 provinces,cities,and municipalities,this paper,by using the method of Gray Correlation Analysis,builds a complete measurement and evaluation indicators of technological innovation of 'resource- reserving and environment- friendly'agriculture,divides the whole country into 6 parts,i. e. northern,central,southwest,northwest,eastern and northeast parts,in which it analyzes the 71 indicators of the six sub- systems,i. e. resources system,institutional environment system,operating system, output capacity system,resource- saving system,and environment- friendly system. It concludes the system state of 'resource- saving and environment- friendly'agriculture and the developmental path of its co- evolution.
