以使用R410A制冷剂与RB-68EP冷冻油的某滚动转子式压缩机为例,通过实验测试了RB-68EP的实际粘度-温度特性、粘度-稀释度特性,同时研究了R410A制冷剂与RB-68EP润滑油的稀释关系及稀释度的影响因素。结合滚动转子式压缩机的实际工作情况,分析了可能导致压缩机润滑失效的情况,为滚动转子式压缩机润滑可靠性的研究提供了数据和理论支持。

By taking an rotary compressor which is using R410 refrigerant and RB-68EP refrigeration oil for example, the characteristics of viscosity and temperature are tested.And the effects of dilution and dilution relationship between R410A refrigerant and refrigerant oil RB-68EP for viscosity is researched. Combining with the actual work situation of rotary compressor, the situation may lead to failure for the compressor lubricants is analyzed. This paper provides theoretical support for the study of the lubricating reliability research in rotary compressor.
