摘要
通过微细通道内流动沸腾实验研究流动沸腾压降特性,在质量流速为110kg/m2·s^160kg/m2·s范围内流动沸腾压降随质量流速、热流密度的增大而增大,进口过冷度对流动沸腾压降的影响并不显著。根据不同流型建立各自区域的压降计算模型,将微细通道内流动沸腾分为弹状流和环状流两部分,分别建立各自的物理模型,流动沸腾压降计算结果与实验值有较好的吻合。
The paper is about on the research of the flow boiling pressure drop characteristics through the experiment for the flow boiling in mini-channel. The conclusion is that the pressure drop rises with increasing mass flow rate and heat flux, and the influence of the sub-cooled of the inlet has not distinguished. According to different flow pattern,a pressure drop model has been set up. The flow pattern during flow boiling in mini-channel is divided into two parts named as slug flow and annual flow, and the two parts make each physical model separately. The new model shows a better consistency with experimental results.
