摘要 以石墨、高碳、铜粉为原料,酚醛树脂为粘结剂,经机械混捏、冷压成型、加热固化制备Cu/碳石墨机械密封复合材料。研究了铜粉含量、成型压力对Cu/碳石墨复合材料微观组织、体积密度、肖氏硬度的影响。并利用HT-600高温摩擦磨损试验机测试了Cu/碳石墨复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,借助金相显微镜观察其磨损形貌。结果表明:随着铜粉含量的增加,成型压力的增大,复合材料的体积密度、肖氏硬度逐渐提高,摩擦系数逐渐减小。当铜粉含量为25%、成型压力为15MPa时,体积密度达到1.92g/cm3,肖氏硬度达到90.0HS,摩擦系数最小为0.17,材料的综合性能最佳。 Cu/carbon graphite composites were prepared from graphite,carbon and copper powders with phenolic resin as the binder by mechanical kneading,cold moulding and heat curing.The effects of the copper powder content and molding pressure on the microstructure,bulk density and shore hardness of the Cu/Carbon graphite composites were investigated in detail.Meanwhile,the wear performances of the composites were measured on an HT-600wear tester and the abrasive surfaces were characterized by optical microscope.The results show that with the increases of the copper powder contents and the molding pressure,the bulk density and shore hardness of the composites were improved gradually,but the friction coefficient was reduced.When the proportion of copper powder was 25% and the molding pressure was 15MPa,the bulk density,shore hardness and friction coefficient of the composites were 1.92g/cm3,90.0 HS and 0.17,respectively.The composites show excellent comprehensive performances.
