摘要
本文通过理论推导确定了比较准确的泊松比与材料相对密度间的关系,进而根据Shima等人的相关理论推导出新的流动应力模型,最后,在上述基础上建立了一种新的用以描述粉末烧结材料压缩过程力学性能的修正屈服函数。通过与实验结果的对比表明,与其他屈服函数相比,本文提出来的修正屈服函数具有更高的计算精度。
In our present work,a more accurate relationship between Possion's ratio and relative density was derived theoretically,and then a new flow stress model of sintered powder was proposed according to Shima theory.Based on the new flow stress model,a modified yield function was established to describe the mechanical property of sintered powder under uniaxial compression process.As a result,the modified yield function gives a calculating accuracy higher than other yield functions in comparison with experimental results.
