双极性菲并咪唑类有机发光材料的合成与性能 被引量:6

Synthesis and Properties of Phenanthroimidazole Derivatives as Bipolar-Luminescence Materials

摘要 以咔唑、菲醌等为原料合成了三种菲并咪唑类有机小分子3a、3b和3c,并研究了其光谱、电化学和热稳定性。结果表明,化合物3a、3b和3c在二氯甲烷稀溶液中属于近紫外发射,而在薄膜状态下发出蓝色荧光;循环伏安法检测表明,3a、3b和3c的HOMO能级均在-5.88^-5.99eV之间,与阳极ITO的能级相匹配,LUMO能级均在-2.64^-2.77eV之间,接近于常用的电子输入材料PBD(-2.82eV),因此这三种化合物同时具有空穴传导和电子传导的双极性质;3a、3b和3c的热分解温度均在300℃以上,热稳定性优良。综上所述,3a、3b和3c是一类具有潜在应用前景的新型双极发光材料。 Three bipolar-luminescence materials were synthesized using carbazole and phenanthraquinone as raw materials.The spectral,electrochemical,and thermal properties of the three materials were studied.The results show that 3a、3band 3cemit near ultraviolet in dilute CH2 Cl2 and blue fluorescence in solid thin film,respectively.Cyclic voltammetry measurement shows that the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)energy level of the compounds is located between-5.88and-5.99eV,which match the energy levels of ITO.The lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)energy level of the compounds is located between-2.64and-2.77eV,which is close to the energy level of PBD(-2.82eV).3a、3band 3chave good thermal stability,for their decomposition temperatures are over 300℃.3a、3band 3cshows potential to be bipolar luminescence materials.
