活性炭涂层电极的制备及其电化学性能 被引量:13

摘要 采用涂覆分解法制备活性炭电极,研究不同制备条件下制得的电极的电化学性能。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、低温液氮吸附及傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对电极的结构和表面性质进行分析,利用电化学工作站对电极进行循环伏安电化学性能测试。结果表明,以高比表面积活性炭为吸附材料,导电炭黑为导电剂,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF,142℃干燥)为粘结剂,且三者质量比为8∶1∶1时,所制备的活性炭涂层电极的比电容值最大,可达80F/g,远高于其他制备比例下电极的比电容。电极显示出良好的电化学稳定性,较高的双电子层容量,以及较强的吸附性能。 Activated carbon coating electrodes were prepared by coating decomposition method.Electrochemical performance of the electrodes under different preparation conditions were investigated.Structure and surface properties of the electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),low temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Cyclic voltammetry electrochemical performance of electrodes were tested by electrochemical workstation.It was shown that the activated carbon coating electrode prepared by using activated carbon with high surface area as the adsorption material,conductive carbon black as the conductive agent and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF,142℃drying)as the binder(the mass ratio of 8∶1∶1)gives the largest specific capacitance value reaching 80F/g.This was much higher than the capacitance of other electrodes.Moreover,the electrode prepared under the best conditions also shows a good electrochemical stability,a higher electric double layer capacity and a strong adsorption performance.
