摘要
中国海油以领导力开发为核心,结合公司发展战略,找准后备干部培训的基本需求,研究后备干部培训的基本规律,创新后备干部培训的有效方式,在提升后备干部培训的科学性、针对性和实效性方面进行了有益的探索。
China National Offshore Oil Corporation has acquired some rewarding experience in carrying out training of reserve cadres in a more scientific, focused and effective way by identifying the basic needs of reserve cadres' training, studying the basic laws of such training and innovating effective training ways, with leadership development as the core task and the company's development strategy as the guide.
