摘要
汽轮机回热系统给水焓升合理分配可以提高火电厂热力系统效率,对节能减排具有重要的现实意义.本文将计算机技术和最优化理论应用于火电厂回热系统给水焓升优化计算,使用Matlab软件编写了步长可调的单纯形法计算程序,改进了给水焓升分配的传统计算方法和寻优迭代方法.对台山600MW机组进行了综合分析,建立了数学模型,分析整理了原始数据,并充分考虑辅助系统的影响,最终给出了目标函数.通过迭代计算得出的最优运行参数,可以使汽轮机效率提高1.89%.本计算方法简单快速精确,为火电厂的节能减排提供了参考.
Efficiency of thermodynamic system in thermal power plant can be improved by reasonable distribution of Feed-water enthalpy rise for the steam turbine regenerative system. It is significant for energy-saving and emission-reduction. Computer technology and optimization theory were applied to optimize distribution of Feed-water enthalpy rise for the steam turbine regenerative system. We designed a program of simplex method whose step length can be regulated in Matlab, improved the traditional method of distribution of feed-water enthalpy rise and iteration method of optimization, constructed mathematical models by analyzing Taishan 600 MW unit comprehensively and considering the impact of various auxiliary systems, got the objective function and improved efficiency of steam turbine by 1.89% by means of iteration. This method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable. It can provide reference data for energy saving in power plants.
