徐州市高职高专公共体育课师资队伍现状调查结果分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Present Situation of Higher Vocational Colleges' Public Physical Education Teaching Staff in Xuzhou

学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分,教师作为教授知识的引导者,是实现学校体育目标的重要元素之一,为学校体育教学是实现学校体育目标,有必要对徐州市高职高专的师资队伍现状进行一次调查。通过文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、数理分析法,对徐州市高职高专体育师资进行了深入研究,发现以下问题:1.男女比例失调;2.教师队伍年轻化;3.科研水平比较低;4.接受继续教育情况不佳等方面。为了改善目前高职高专院校师资队伍的现状,必须以教育部《关于加强高职高专院校师资队伍建设的意见》为蓝本,必须要加强学校内部体制改革,完善用人制度和干部选拔制,实现人才强校工程,建立健全教师的聘任、考评、轮训、进修、科研和奖惩制度。

School physical education is an important part of school education. Teacher, as a guide, is one of the important elements to realize the objective of school physical education. In order that school sports teaching realizes the school sports goal, it is necessary to have a survey of the present situation of higher vocational colleges' public physical education teaching staff in Xuzhou. With the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical analysis, the essay carries on a thorough research of Xuzhou vocational colleges sports teachers. It finds the following problems: 1. The gender imbalance; 2. The young teachers; 3. Low Research level; 4. Poor accepting continuing education situation. In order to improve the current situation of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, we have to base on Opinions About Strengthening the Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges published by the Ministry of Education, strengthen the reform of colleges' internal system, perfecting the system of choosing and employing persons and cadre, implement talents enforcing school project, establish and improve the system of teacher's employment, evaluation, training in rotation, education, scientific research, rewards and punishments.
