A Preliminary Study of the Religious Cultures in China and the West

本文从语言和社会生活的角度出发，对汉民族和北美的大众宗教信仰进行了初步探索，指出了人类心理中宗教观念存在的普遍性并探讨了宗教文化的发展趋势。

The present paper is an attempt to study the popular religions in North America and among the Han of China from the viewpoint of language and social life. It points out the generality of religious conceptions in human mind and explores their actual states and development into the future.
