摘要
通过实验研究了反复力竭性游泳后大鼠睾丸生精细胞形态和数量变化,结果表明 反复力竭游泳后曲精小管萎缩;生精细胞及间质细胞皆缩小;不成熟生精细胞移至管腔表面增多 并脱落于管腔中,且睾丸内生精细胞(除外成熟精子)总数(乎均为1.03±0.i2×108个)比对 照组(1.25±0.13×108个)减少,统计学检验,两者有显著性差异.初步结论为反复力竭游泳可 对大鼠睾丸造成病理损害从而影响睾丸功能。
The changes in the morphology and number of spermatogenic cells in rat's testis were studied after. exhaustive swimming, seminiferous tubules atrophied, spematogenic cell and interstitial cell shrank slightly, premature spermatogenic cells shifted to the surfaces of the tubules and dropped. The number of spermatogenic cells(not including mature spermatozoons) were lower in the exhaustive swimming rat(1.03±0.26 ×108 on average ) than the control group(an average of 1 25±0 21×108 ) . There was a statistical significant difference between them. The above results indicated that repeated exhaustive swimming could bring about the pathological demages on the testic in rats, which affected the testicular function.
