摘要 通过调查研究与多年的教学实践,论证了乒乓球拍海绵硬度(H值)对快弧选手技术水平的影响。初步建立了快派选手的技术水平与海绵硬度(H值)之间的定量关系。研究结果认为快弧选手应根据自己的技术水平、打法特点、身体质素、性别等因素,选择合适的海绵硬度。 Discussed in line with investigation and many years of teachingpractice is the effect of sponge hardness (H value) on the technical level of playersadopting quick loop drives. The elementary quantitative relationship is founded between thesponge hardness and the technical level of quick-loop drivers. It is considered in thelight of the research results that quick-loop drivers ought to select the appropriate spongehardness according to factors like their own skill level, playing features, physical fitnessand sex, etc.
