摘要
编辑业务是人类高层次的社会文化活动,本文从规律的概念出发,阐述了编辑活动的内部与外部规律。
Editing work is one of the higher levels of social cultural activities. It is in regard to this viewpoint that this paper, starting with the concept of laws, discusses the internal as well as the external laws of editing activities.
